Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be damaged or incorrect (wrong item received). The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return request, you can contact us at arl.atease@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds. If your return request is approved due to a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a replacement for the correct item.
